Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative at Milo.ai, you will drive growth by building a high-quality outbound pipeline through phone-first prospecting. Working directly alongside the Head of Sales and CEO, you will master a specific sales methodology and use tools like Salesfinity and Apollo to engage prospects, qualifying opportunities that directly impact company revenue and expansion.

What You Will Do
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, LinkedIn, and personalized video outreach using Salesfinity, Apollo, and Vidyard to target high-priority accounts.
- Manage and update the HubSpot CRM with meticulous detail, qualifying inbound leads and booking discovery calls that translate directly into closed revenue.
- Collaborate on messaging strategies and help create sales enablement content like competitor comparisons and use-case videos to improve conversion rates.
The ideal candidate
- Brings 1-2 years of B2B sales or customer-facing experience with a proven track record of resilience and a hunger to thrive in a high-challenge environment.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication skills and a high level of comfort with phone-first prospecting, showing a coachable mindset and openness to direct feedback.
- Possesses a genuine interest in the data/analytics space and is ready to work from our office near Monument, London, 5 days per week.
