Company
Vixio is the leading regulatory change management solution across highly regulated markets in Financial Services and Gambling. Our trusted insights and analysis give our clients a true picture of what’s happening in an ever-changing landscape. We combine world-class content with advanced technology to help our clients make informed strategic decisions to mitigate risks, capitalise on business opportunities and find competitive advantage.
The Role
Our SDRs play a critical role in our sales team’s success by working collaboratively with our business development managers to strategically identify and break into new accounts across financial services and gambling. This is a role with proven success, where last year we generated more revenue than ever before from SDR generated opportunities, resulting in the promotion of one of our SDRs into the BDM team.
We have a small but highly professional and productive SDR team who regularly work together on prospecting techniques, professional development and sharing of best practices.
The role requires a hunger to succeed, to break into new accounts by any means, be willing to test new approaches and ultimately be on the phone as much as possible. You must be driven, ambitious, curious, have a strong work ethic and not be afraid to pick up the phone!

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
