Role Description

This is a remote, contract role for a Sales Development Representative at Jigsaw Studio. In this position, you will:

  • Research and identify prospective clients
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Initiate contact through email, calls, and social channels
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospects’ needs
  • Clearly articulate Jigsaw Studio’s value proposition
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales and business development team

  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM tools
  • Managing a structured outreach cadence
  • Collaborating with team members to refine messaging and lead generation strategies
  • Providing feedback on market trends
  • Helping optimize prospecting workflows
  • Contributing to meeting pipeline and revenue goals

Qualifications

  • Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to prospect, qualify, and nurture potential clients.
  • Skills in Sales and Business Development to support pipeline growth and help advance opportunities.
  • Strong Communication skills to engage prospects clearly, professionally, and persuasively across multiple channels.
  • Experience using CRM or sales engagement tools and managing lead lists effectively.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time well, and meet activity and performance targets.
  • Comfort with cold outreach (email, phone, social) and handling initial objections from prospects.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to track metrics and adjust outreach based on data and feedback.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS, creative, or agency environment is a plus, as is familiarity with modern digital sales practices.
