Core Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation and prospecting for this vibrant SaaS-driven portfolio within the corporate AEC sector (Architecture, Engineering, Construction).
- Support a senior team of Account Executives by identifying and securing new opportunities.
- Create, nurture, and qualify leads, contributing directly to revenue growth.
- Undergo training and mentorship to accelerate career progression into Account Executive roles as part of this dynamic right-to-left sales programme.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage their high-performing engines for gårska marketing efforts.
- Achieve and exceed target KPIs in a fast-moving, competitive environment.

Key Candidate Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in new business sales or SDR roles.
- A proven record of generating leads from scratch with tangible results.
- People skills, tenure, and resilience to take on dynamic cold outreach strategies like:
- Framing or transacting email follow-ups
- Connected outreach
- Proactive campaign activity
- Adaptability and enthusiasm to join a team rapidly expanding in the EMEA, with frequent travel opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Up to £35,000
- Uncapped Overridden Total Earnings (OTE) Potential: Up to £50,000+ (or more upon significant over-performance).
