Core Responsibilities

  • Drive lead generation and prospecting for this vibrant SaaS-driven portfolio within the corporate AEC sector (Architecture, Engineering, Construction).
  • Support a senior team of Account Executives by identifying and securing new opportunities.
  • Create, nurture, and qualify leads, contributing directly to revenue growth.
  • Undergo training and mentorship to accelerate career progression into Account Executive roles as part of this dynamic right-to-left sales programme.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage their high-performing engines for gårska marketing efforts.
  • Achieve and exceed target KPIs in a fast-moving, competitive environment.

Key Candidate Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in new business sales or SDR roles.
  • A proven record of generating leads from scratch with tangible results.
  • People skills, tenure, and resilience to take on dynamic cold outreach strategies like:

    • Proactive campaign activity

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: Up to £35,000
  • Uncapped Overridden Total Earnings (OTE) Potential: Up to £50,000+ (or more upon significant over-performance).
