You’ll work closely with experienced Account Executives and sales leaders while developing the skills needed to progress into a closing role. Successful SDRs typically move into Account Executive positions within 12–18 months.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven role suited to someone who enjoys challenges, thrives in competitive environments, and wants to maximise their earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Research target accounts and personalise outreach to increase engagement and conversion rates
- Identify and qualify key decision-makers within prospective businesses
- Book high-quality meetings for senior sales colleagues
- Consistently achieve and exceed activity and performance targets
- Develop strong product and industry knowledge to communicate confidently with prospects
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to support the wider sales process

Ideal Background
- Recent graduate or early-career professional
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, sport, hospitality, retail, or other performance-focused environments is advantageous but not essential
