About the Role
Charterhouse Group expanded its operations in 2018, recognising the high-growth potential of the Unified Communications (UC) sector. Since then, Charterhouse has acquired five complementary technology businesses across UC, LAN, Microsoft, and Cyber Security, providing clients with a mature and expansive solutions portfolio.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will focus on generating new business by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers through both:
- Outbound prospecting (using HubSpot Sales Pro, Cognism, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoom)
- Handling and converting inbound leads from channels like webchat, phone, email, and marketing campaigns

You’ll primarily engage with organisations of 500+ employees, reaching senior decision-makers across functions such as CIO, CISO, CTO, Digital, and Procurement.
This is a commission-based role, with earnings driven by:
- Outbound meetings booked
- Inbound lead conversions to meetings
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outbound meetings by following the defined prospecting process
- Convert inbound leads into qualified meetings for new business
- Track and report engagement activities in key business systems (HubSpot, CRM – Dynamics)
- Support campaign conversion initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals
Measuring Success (KPIs)
Your performance will be assessed as follows: ✅ Outbound meetings booked – monthly target ✅ % inbound leads converted to meetings – monthly target ✅ Activity steps completed in HubSpot (daily dial volumes reported via Zoom) ✅ Average deal value (Y1 GP) generated from meetings, with a target conversion rate from SQL to quoted opportunities

What You Bring
- Experience in B2B telesales (preferably in tech, comms, or SaaS)
- Prospecting senior decision-makers (CIO / CISO / CTO / Digital / Procurement)
- Experience with similar tools to HubSpot for outreach
- Handling inbound leads from multiple channels (webchat, phone, email, campaigns)
- CRM (e.g., Dynamics) literacy
- Excellent communicator with strong collaboration skills
- Team-oriented mindset – eager to support colleagues and share best practices
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (desired but not essential)
