Day in the Life
- 70% identifying and contacting prospective customers via phone, email and other messaging (using SourceWhale itself!) to book Sales Qualified Meetings
- 10% attending and supporting Account Executives on customer demos
- 10% providing prospect and customer feedback to the Product/Development team about the SourceWhale platform
- 10% managing your sales pipeline and other admin tasks

Who You Are
- Experience in B2B sales or staffing/recruiting
- A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships through phone calls and outbound messaging
- Someone who is organised, inquisitive and intrinsically motivated
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets consistently
- Growth mindset - you are always looking for ways to improve
- You’re genuinely passionate about what you do
- Resilient - you’re able to remain positive no matter what comes your way
- Commutable to a London office (We come in 3 days a week)
Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1: Screening Interview with our TA Team
- Stage 2: Hiring Manager Interview
- Stage 3: Task Interview
- Stage 4: Final Interview
Ahead of a final interview, we typically ask candidates to provide names of previous managers or colleagues that they’re happy for us to have a short reference chat with. This will not impact your ability of progressing to the next stage and we will only ever reach out to the contacts that you provide us with!
