Nassau Street Partners is a boutique capital advisory firm specializing in capital formation for high-growth middle-market companies. We work with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and strategic investors to facilitate transactions in the $2M to $50M range. Our deal flow spans healthcare, technology, infrastructure, and consumer sectors.
We are a relationship-first firm focused on targeted outreach, quality conversations, and building long-term relationships with founders, executives, investors, and strategic partners.
The Role
Nassau Street Partners is expanding its business development team and is looking for a Sales Development Representative based in Ireland or the United Kingdom.
This role will focus on identifying, researching, and engaging qualified prospects through outbound outreach. You will help create new business opportunities by starting conversations with founders, executives, and business owners who may benefit from Nassau Street Partners’ capital advisory services.

This is a performance-driven role with a strong opportunity for growth for someone who is organized, proactive, and confident in outbound sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective companies, founders, executives, and decision-makers
- Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Qualify prospects and understand their business needs
- Book qualified meetings for the senior sales and capital advisory team
- Maintain accurate activity, lead, and pipeline records in the CRM
- Follow up consistently with prospects and manage outreach sequences
- Collaborate with the team to improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates
- Represent Nassau Street Partners professionally in all prospect communications
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales development, business development, lead generation, appointment setting, or outbound sales preferred
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Comfortable conducting outbound outreach to executives and business owners
- Highly organized and able to manage follow-ups consistently
- Confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a remote environment
- Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or email outreach platforms is a plus
- Must be based in Ireland or the United Kingdom

Compensation
- $24,000 USD annual base salary
- $60,000 USD OTE based on performance
- Performance-driven compensation structure with upside tied to results
- Remote role with growth opportunity as the business development team expands
