Sales Development Representative – Fast-Track Graduate Programme Southampton | £28,000–£30,000 basic + Uncapped Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Your role as a Sales Development Representative involves:
- Hunting for new business opportunities—think: we want ambitious prospects.
- Building client relationships to secure repeat business.
- Making client visits.
- Negotiating prices and providing tailored quotes.
- Developing your own client portfolio in a supportive, high-demand environment.

Requirements
- A recent graduate with a degree in any discipline (we’ll consider non-grads if they demonstrate the right sales behaviours).
- A hungry, tenacious, competitive individual with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
- Self-motivated, with a growth mindset and excellent communication skills.
- A valid UK driving licence is advantageous.
