A leading employee engagement technology org is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team. This is a growth position, reflective of the upwards trajectory the consultancy is experiencing after acquiring an AI tool which has optimised an already-expert offering.
Our client within Employee Engagement is a leading and fast-growing provider of employee survey technology, in addition to deep expertise internally. Their mission is to drive real-world outcomes for their partners, who are typically HR and People leaders across private, public and NFPs. All through a human-first technology that helps organisations listen to, understand, and act on employee feedback in real time.

Responsibilities
- Market Research: via a strategic mindset, identify potential customers for our client’s products and services
- Prospecting: Via a multi-channel approach, create a positive and impactful first impression of the brand
- Qualification: Engage with and qualify potential customers, setting appointments for colleagues when appropriate
- Collaboration: work with experts in their fields to create optimal outcomes for clients
- Admin: Use market-leading tools to manage pipeline and for reporting purposes
Requirements and skills
- 1 year of experience in a commercially-focussed role with a HR-centric solution
- Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, being able to think on your feet
- Highly organised, positive and resilient
- Ability to build relationships with prospects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies & ability to learn quickly
