Business Development Executive (B2B Tech Sales) – No Experience Required

£25k + £30-35k OTE (with promotion to £50k+ within 2 years)

  • First-year total earnings (OTE): £30k–£35k (high performers: £38k–£42k)
  • Promotion pathway: BDM (target OTE £50k–£60k in Year 2, £80k–£100k+ with experience)

About the Role

This is your first step into B2B tech sales, where you’ll develop foundational skills in prospecting, communication, resilience, and work ethic—essential for a successful sales career.

You’ll work in an outbound telesales capacity, calling UK businesses daily to generate face-to-face or virtual meetings for our Business Development Managers.

You’ll cover:

What You’ll Do

  • Make 80–100+ calls per day to business decision-makers
  • Qualify prospects and secure appointments for your team
  • List and track opportunities in our CRM
  • Meet daily/weekly activity targets
  • Handle rejection with resilience while staying motivated
  • Develop key sales skills for a long-term career in tech sales
