Sales Development Representative (SDR)
We're hiring SDRs to join a well-funded startup at the beginning of its sales journey, within a highly successful team, with the chance to help shape how outbound is done from the ground up.
They are building the infrastructure that powers global product launches for manufacturers. Their platform uses AI to automate compliance, data, and documentation, helping companies get to market faster, safer, and smarter.
They have big plans for 2026 and beyond, and we’re excited to be helping them grow the team and looking for ambitious candidates with a proven track record of success.
The opportunity
You’ll be the driving force behind new business growth. You'll create, qualify, and develop high-value opportunities across multiple sectors.
This is their first few sales hires, and the idea is to initially maximise founder sales impact through adding pipeline support and then build a process on top of this where the SDRs can then step into full sales roles.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
