About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to build a strong inbound sales pipeline. This role will primarily focus on nurturing and qualifying inbound leads, while occasionally supporting outbound prospecting to help accelerate sales performance.
In this role, you will:
- Nurture, develop, and handoff leads that result in qualified opportunities to the Sales team
- Own a territory and be responsible for driving qualified tours and handoffs to accelerate sales performance
- Own the sales process: contact identification, lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building, and opportunity identification
- Work with automation platforms to efficiently input and track data
- Collaborate closely with Leasing Teams to ensure smooth handoff and alignment on target accounts
- Execute strategy and process implemented by Inside Sales Leadership
- Be a positive WeWork brand ambassador and effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects
- Provide unmatched customer service to potential prospects to ensure an excellent start to their member experience

About You
Does the below sound like you? If so, we’d love to hear from you! (preferred but not required with relevant experience)
- At least 6 months of professional experience in sales or related industry
- Fluency in English and an additional European language (German/French Preferred)
- Experience in working and thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Track record of sales in cold calling and emailing are helpful
- Comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM – Salesforce experience highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in prospecting, developing, and handing off sales
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for building relationships
