About the Role
As an SDR, you'll excite and educate prospective clients (brands, retailers, suppliers) about TradeBeyond's value, qualifying opportunities and scheduling high-impact meetings with Account Executives. You'll gain deep exposure to cutting-edge supply-chain tech and fast-track your SaaS sales career in a global company.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Prospecting: Cold email, call, and LinkedIn outreach targeting supply-chain and retail decision-makers
- Lead Qualification: Understand complex pain points in sourcing, quality, ESG, traceability; qualify based on needs, budget, and timeline
- Pipeline Management: Book high-quality discovery calls and demos for AEs
- Collaboration: Work with Marketing to support campaigns targeting retail/supply-chain executives
- CRM Operations: Keep deals and data accurate in Salesforce or HubSpot
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze outreach results, share learnings, optimize messaging strategy

Requirements
- 1-2 years as an SDR/BDR at a B2B SaaS company (fresh graduates welcome)
- Proven track record in outbound prospecting (calls/emails/LinkedIn)
- Excellent communication tailored to executives in supply-chain, operations, or ESG roles
- Comfortable with sales tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Salesforce/HubSpot
- Highly driven, analytical, and responsive to feedback, thriving in fast-paced environments
- Experience selling into retail, CPG, supply-chain, quality, or ESG tech industries is a plus
- Familiarity with retail supply-chain processes, PLM, sourcing, compliance (Preferred)
- Interest in growing toward an AE role or sales leadership
