Sales Development Representative (SDR)
£30,000 basic + uncapped commission

We're recruiting on behalf of an expanding business that's looking to appoint a number of Sales Development Representatives as part of its continued growth.
This isn't just another SDR role. It's a genuine career path.
You'll join the business on a starting salary of £30,000, receive full training, work from warm leads, and spend your first 6-12 months learning the products, the market, and what good sales really look like.

What you'll be doing
- Speaking to warm inbound and existing prospects.
- Qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for the senior sales team.
- Building relationships with prospective clients.
- Learning the products inside out through a structured training programme.
- Working towards appointment targets (you're measured on meetings booked, not deals closed).
