What we’re looking for
We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and results-driven Sales Development Representative who thrives on urgency and drives measurable pipeline growth. This full-time, in-office role is based in London. Candidates must be located in or able to commute to the office.
How will you make an impact?
- Drive pipeline growth by executing high-impact outbound prospecting campaigns across target markets.
- Leverage multi-channel outreach—using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, high-volume calling, and personalized email sequences—to engage and qualify leads effectively.
- Prioritize proactive outbound activity while ensuring timely qualification of inbound leads.
- Identify and qualify high-potential New Business Opportunities using a light MEDDIC qualification methodology.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to refine targeting strategies and messaging based on performance data and market feedback.
- Maintain meticulous CRM records in Salesforce, documenting all activities, prospect interactions, and lead statuses.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly quotas and KPIs (e.g., qualified meetings booked, pipeline generated).
- Adapt creatively—test new approaches, overcome objections, and solve engagement challenges with a hunter mindset.

Requirements
What’s needed to succeed?
Experience & Proficiency:
- 2+ years in business development, lead generation, or high-volume phone-based sales.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Native English proficiency (additional European languages, such as Spanish, French, or Italian, are a significant advantage).
- Prior experience with MEDDIC methodology is a ** vantatge** (not essential).
- Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or cybersecurity is advantageous but not required.
