Sales Development Representative

Sales Development Representative – Workforce.com

The Role

This role is for ambitious applicants looking to build a long-term career in software. Workforce.com will provide extensive training and professional development to equip you with strong sales skills to prospect new customers.

This is an on-site position located at our headquarters in Shoreditch, London.


Core Responsibilities

  • Drive sales development by engaging with prospective clients via phone and email.
  • Build meaningful relationships with larger target accounts with a longer-term sales horizon.
  • Research businesses, and understand the key indicators, industry trends, demographics, and decision-makers, to influence target account strategy.
  • Progress prospective clients down the sales funnel towards a final meeting with an Account Executive to close deals.
  • Source new accounts for your pipeline.
  • Write convincing emails to prospective clients, enticing them to book demonstrations.
