Power the Events That Shape Industries

Want to work directly with global brands, run live events, and build real client relationships in your first year out of school?

At PheedLoop, we build critical technology for the global events industry—from conferences and trade shows to hybrid and virtual experiences. Our software powers high-impact events worldwide. As one of Canada’s fastest-growing event technology companies, we design systems that simplify, automate, and monetize events, including self-check-in hardware, smart badges, and a powerful SaaS platform. We move fast, listen to customers, build quickly, and care deeply about delivering real results.

We’re proud of what we’ve built and even more excited for what’s ahead. If you’re someone who embraces challenges, stays motivated to learn, and is ready to raise the bar for the industry, you’ll fit right in. Here, you won’t just work with cutting-edge technology—you’ll work alongside truly exceptional people with sharp minds, big ambition, and a drive to build something meaningful.

This is a 100% in-person role at our Toronto office.

About the Role

Daily, you’ll:

  • Research target accounts
  • Run outbound campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify prospects who engage
  • Book discovery meetings for our Account Executives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ll start conversations with people who’ve never heard of us and turn the right conversations into qualified opportunities.

  • Own your pipeline: Maintain accurate prospect records, activities, and next steps in the CRM.
  • Hit your targets: Consistently meet daily activity and monthly qualified-meeting goals.

What You’ll Bring

  • Drive and resilience: Not deterred by rejection—outbound is about chasing the "yes" through plenty of "no."
  • Strong communication: Clear, concise, and persuasive in both writing and on the phone.
  • Coachability: Eager to learn, open to feedback, and ready to adapt quickly.
  • Organization: Efficiently manage your time, follow-ups, and CRM without things slipping between the cracks.
  • Curiosity: Genuinely interested in prospects’ problems and how PheedLoop solves them.
