Early Years Sales Development Representative
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE: £17,000–£20,000 Y1)

Experience Required
- Preferred: Experience in recruitment or sales, particularly with:
- Outbound prospecting (cold calling, cold emailing, social outreach)
- Top-of-funnel (TOFU) activity (owning meetings and demand generation)
- Lead sourcing via platforms like LinkedIn or similar tools
- CRM management (keeping pipelines updated with accurate forecasting)
- Skill in capturing market insights and sharing feedback with internal teams
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building & maintaining a robust outbound pipeline
- Booking discovery calls with senior decision-makers
- Conducting high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social channels
- Updating CRM activity with accurate forecasting and performance tracking
- Providing actionable feedback to strengthen value propositions and campaigns
