Sales Development Representative (SDR) - French & English Speaker

High Wycombe, UK (Hybrid) | Reports to Head of Sales | EMEA Scope

Build. Lead. Transform.

If you thrive in communication and driving growth, this role is for you.

Quickparts is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first point of contact for French and English-speaking prospects across EMEA. This is a dynamic role combining proactive outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. You will be deeply embedded in our sales process—researching accounts, qualifying leads, booking critical meetings, and taking lower-value deals through to close yourself—helping customers move from design to production faster.

Why This Role Matters

Our Sales organization is critical to growing our pipeline and expanding our reach in the EMEA market. As an SDR, you will:

  • Act as the primary contact for French and English prospects
  • Drive proactive outbound lead generation and inbound qualification
  • Own the complete sales cycle for non-technical, low-value deals
  • Partner directly with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and strategy
  • Build a strong foundation for a successful career in manufacturing sales

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively identify and research target accounts in French using calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate new opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads generated by Marketing (web enquiries, content downloads, event leads) in French and English.
  • Provide joint outbound coverage of the UK market alongside your SDR colleagues.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their manufacturing requirements, challenges, and buying timelines.
  • Qualify prospects against agreed criteria (need, timeline, budget, and fit) using established frameworks.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and deliver warm handovers to Sales Managers for projects requiring technical sales engineers.
  • Take ownership of and close low-value deals that do not require technical input.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all activity, lead status, and pipeline stages in our CRM (HubSpot / CPQ).
  • Track and report on meeting quality, lead outcomes, and conversion rates against agreed KPIs.
  • Partner closely with Marketing to provide frontline insight into market trends, customer objections, and messaging effectiveness for the French market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
