This is a role where you'll help us start new conversations with businesses that could genuinely benefit from what we do!

As our Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll spend your time researching organisations, starting conversations, asking good questions, and working alongside our Commercial Manager to turn early conversations into lasting client relationships.

You don't need years of sales experience. If you've worked in a customer-facing role, enjoy talking to people, are naturally curious, and aren't afraid to pick up the phone or send a well-written email, we'd love to hear from you. Just as importantly, we're looking for someone who is keen to learn and take on a challenge.

We're remote-first, so we trust our team to manage their own time and communicate openly. You'll have plenty of support when you need it, the freedom to take ownership of your work, and the chance to make a real impact on a growing business. We value good ideas wherever they come from, and you'll be working with people who genuinely enjoy helping each other succeed.

This is an opportunity to join an established, award-winning business at an exciting stage of growth. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues, receive plenty of support, and have the chance to grow with the business. Exactly what that looks like will depend on your strengths, interests and the opportunities that come with our growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
