We are looking for a high-energy, driven professional with natural sales instincts to join our sales team! As part of the role, you will be based in central London, near Liverpool Street, Moorgate stations.

Your role as a SAAS Sales Development Representative will be to hunt and close new business within the U.K & Europe for our SAAS Solutions products in Knowledge Management and AI Automation. Candidates should demonstrate their ability to grow activity and move things forward in order to advance in our organization. You will have the opportunity to join a company at the forefront of Customer Contact Solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for new clients. Cold calling, emailing, and developing new accounts are part of this process.
  • Communicate effectively with new and existing leads.
  • Prospecting for qualified sales opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with clients to pass along to the Sales Executives.
  • Track opportunities using the CRM and follow the sales process as directed by the Sales Executives.
  • Create a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the KMS and related products.
  • Establish a network of customers and accounts via CRM, LinkedIn, and networking events.
  • A training program will be provided so that day-to-day responsibilities can be carried out.
  • An understanding of HubSpot and LinkedIn tools can be advantageous

Requirements:

  • Experience in enterprise software is preferred, with 1-2 years of experience in lead generation.
  • Prospecting for new business with proven success.
  • Communicates effectively in both written and oral form.
  • A strong presentation skill set.
  • An attitude of self-starting, motivation, and drive.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • The ability to multitask, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
