Business Development Representative

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (£40-42k OTE)
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne | Hybrid 3/2
Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-5pm)
Start Date: 3rd August/ 7th September 2026

We're recruiting multiple Business Development Representatives to join a growing business with a strong reputation, excellent training and genuine progression opportunities. This is a people-focused role where you'll speak with business owners, build relationships, identify opportunities and help customers discover solutions that make running their business easier.

The Role

  • Outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach to prospective customers
  • Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Qualify opportunities and book meetings for the sales team
  • Manage your pipeline through the CRM system
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service or lead generation
  • Confident communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven
  • Positive attitude with a desire to learn and progress
