Meet Mindy Paul
Mindy Paul is a business and manifestation coaching company helping ambitious founders close the gap between where they are and what they're capable of. $100M+ in client success generated. 200,000+ lives transformed. 87+ industries helped.
Why we're hiring?
Demand for Mindy's programs is growing faster than our current sales capacity can keep up with. Inbound is climbing and our outbound marketing team is feeding a healthy, constantly-growing database of leads. We need a dedicated SDR to make sure every one of those leads gets worked, and to build on top of that with your own self-generated pipeline via social media, so no opportunity is left on the table.
Who this is for:
- You're a proven SDR/lead-gen rep who can work social media as a sales channel
- You have real hustle. You don't wait for leads to land in your lap
- You're self-directed, hard working, and looking for uncapped upside
- You're comfortable on the phone all day and resilient to rejection. Most calls won't be answered, and that doesn't put you off

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What we offer you:
- A constantly replenished lead database. Our outbound marketing team keeps your pipeline full
- Uncapped commission, with real upside for self-generated leads
- The platform and audience of a fast-growing coaching brand
Responsibilities:
- Convert inbound leads into booked, qualified sales calls
- Make outbound calls to our lead database, including following up on campaigns (e.g. calling everyone who received a direct mail piece to check they got it and open a conversation)
- Hit a minimum of 200 outbound calls per day. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role, and most calls won't be answered, so volume matters
- Self-generate your own leads via social media (DMs, comments, outreach)
- Work the phone as your primary channel. This role is phone-first, not email-first
- Move every lead through the correct stage of the sales pipeline in our CRM, properly and consistently. This keeps the pipeline clean so you (and anyone covering for you) always know who needs a follow-up
- Stay organised with follow-ups. For example, if someone says "call me back later," agree a specific time, book it in the calendar, and actually call them back then
- Qualify prospects before handing off to closers
