Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Reporting To: SDR Lead

Location: Bournemouth / Hybrid Working

Job Type: Full Time 37.5 hours a week

About the Role:

  • This role involves booking demonstrations with inbound and outbound prospects within the care sector, as well as responding to queries across multiple platforms including Intercom, phone, and email.
  • You will support the sales team by managing schedules and coordinating appointments.
  • You will also carry out market research, identify trends, and report insights back to the wider sales team.
  • The role includes data entry and CRM management, ensuring records are accurate and up to date through regular data cleansing. You will be part of the wider commercial team, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Product.

The Role and Your Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calling to new potential prospects each day, with the aim of booking 1–2 smaller prospects daily.
  • Handling a high volume of inbound enquiries via phone, email, and website, and booking demonstrations where appropriate.
  • Qualifying prospect data before scheduling demonstrations.
  • Working towards individual targets set by your manager, while contributing to overall team performance.
  • Speaking with prospects across phone, Intercom, and email, demonstrating a strong understanding of the platform.
  • Attending both in-person and virtual training sessions delivered by your manager and wider team.
  • Keeping all tasks and administration up to date within HubSpot, maintaining clean and accurate data.
  • Working cross-functionally with implementation, customer success, and finance teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
  • Taking ownership of projects assigned by your manager or wider team, and delivering them to agreed deadlines.

Required Experience:

  • Established experience in outbound sales (B2B or B2C).
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM is preferable.
  • Results-driven, ambitious, and confident.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn, with a methodical and organised approach and strong attention to detail.
  • A consistent and proven background in sales.
