Uncountable is the #1 AI platform for end-to-end product development, covering R&D, QC, and PLM. We help scientists and product teams in materials science, chemistry, and biology move faster — from first experiment to finished product.
We're looking for a motivated graduate to join our UK sales team as an SDR. This isn't a shadowing role or a coffee-making internship. From week one, you'll be generating real pipeline, working directly with founders and senior sales leaders, and building skills that will define your career in tech.
Responsibilities
- Drive pipeline through cold calling — phone is your primary weapon here, so confidence on a call matters
- Find and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, and cold calls)
- Work hand-in-hand with an experienced Account Executive to build and convert pipeline
- Step in for introductory demos when the moment calls for it — not a core expectation, but you'll be ready
- Use industry-leading tools: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong
- Team up with marketing to align on messaging and campaigns
- Learn the industries we serve — you don't need a science degree, but curiosity is a must
- Travel to conferences and events across the EU, with opportunities to go global (~25% of the time)

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
