Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Salary: £25,000 + uncapped commission + annual bonus
OTE: £45,000 - £60,000
Location: Bath - hybrid (Circa 2 days in the office per week)

Your Impact:
As an SDR, you'll be the voice of Contracts Advance for prospective customers, introducing our services and creating opportunities for our sales team.
- You'll receive qualified target company data in line with the sales strategy, empowering you to identify organisations that could benefit from our services, qualify leads and help create a pipeline of future customers.
- Before leads are assigned, our marketing team delivers targeted campaigns to engage prospects and build brand awareness, giving you a stronger platform for meaningful conversations and increasing the likelihood of success.

Day to day:
- Receive qualified companies, targeted as part of strategic data campaigns
- Prospect new customers through outbound activity across phone, email and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads and identify new business opportunities
- Book consultations and pass qualified opportunities to our BDMs
- Work closely with BDMs to support successful customer outcomes
- Manage your own workload and daily activity
- Build relationships with prospective customers and represent the Contracts Advance brand
- Deliver against individual targets and KPIs

- Self-motivated, ambitious and driven to achieve and exceed individual targets.

- Resilient and determined, with the confidence to overcome objections and bounce back from setbacks.
- Confident building rapport and engaging decision-makers over the phone.
