Sales Development Representative (SDR) SaaS No Dialler
Most SDR roles are built around sequences, cadences and automation. This one isn't.
We're hiring an SDR for a well-established SaaS business in Manchester who wants people who can pick up the phone manually, run a proper discovery conversation using SPIN or MEDDIC, and find the real pain behind "we're happy with our current provider" instead of backing off. If you take a genuine multichannel approach, cold calls, LinkedIn (including video), and email, all working together in a sequence that feels personal, not spammy, you'll be exactly what they're looking for.
What you'll do:
- Manual outbound, no auto-dialler, no shortcuts
- Multichannel prospecting across phone, LinkedIn and email, run as one coordinated approach rather than separate cadences
- Book appointments that actually convert, engaging senior decision makers (HR Directors, Finance Directors, C-suite)
- Manage your pipeline and activity through CRM

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
