Sales Development Representative
Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Inbound & Outbound
Location: Hayes, London – Hybrid Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities
- Drive lead interest through outbound outreach, leveraging a multi-channel approach (calls, emails, social media, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound leads from channels like:
- Website forms
- Phone calls
- Events & webinars
- Email campaigns
- Social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Share common customer questions, objections, and concerns to refine:
- Sales enablement materials
- Marketing campaigns
- Qualify leads using proven sales frameworks and techniques
- Seamlessly handoff qualified meetings to the Business Development Manager (BDM) team with:
- Accurate notes
- Prepped CRM records
- Updated admin
- Leverage the tech stack to:
- Research target markets
- Enrich prospect lists with contact details (direct emails, phone numbers)
- Optimise outreach efforts
- Collaborate with team leads, marketing, and leadership to:
- Develop and refine outbound strategies
- Ensure scalable, effective growth

About You
✅ Experience: At least 2 years booking highly qualified meetings in a fast-paced environment (B2B sales, tech, or employer benefits preferred—startup experience a plus)
✅ Outbound & Inbound Expertise: Proven success in multi-channel prospecting and creative engagement strategies A strong track record of exceeding sales targets
✅ Mindset:
- Builds brand new functions with enthusiasm
- Owns growth opportunities
- Takes can-do initiative to drive results
