Sales Development Representative

Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Inbound & Outbound

Location: Hayes, London – Hybrid Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive lead interest through outbound outreach, leveraging a multi-channel approach (calls, emails, social media, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound leads from channels like:
    • Website forms
    • Phone calls
    • Events & webinars
    • Email campaigns
    • Social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Share common customer questions, objections, and concerns to refine:
    • Sales enablement materials
    • Marketing campaigns
  • Qualify leads using proven sales frameworks and techniques
  • Seamlessly handoff qualified meetings to the Business Development Manager (BDM) team with:
    • Accurate notes
    • Prepped CRM records
    • Updated admin
  • Leverage the tech stack to:
    • Research target markets
    • Enrich prospect lists with contact details (direct emails, phone numbers)
    • Optimise outreach efforts
  • Collaborate with team leads, marketing, and leadership to:
    • Develop and refine outbound strategies
    • Ensure scalable, effective growth

About You

✅ Experience: At least 2 years booking highly qualified meetings in a fast-paced environment (B2B sales, tech, or employer benefits preferred—startup experience a plus)

✅ Outbound & Inbound Expertise: Proven success in multi-channel prospecting and creative engagement strategies A strong track record of exceeding sales targets

✅ Mindset:
