About the Role

We're partnering with a rapidly growing fintech that's transforming the payments industry by:

  • Helping businesses eliminate payment fees through data and AI.
  • Being trusted by thousands of merchants and millions of consumers.
  • Expanding internationally and building its commercial team after significant growth in the UK.

We are looking for ambitious Sales Development Representatives to join a high-performing, London-based sales team.

As an SDR, you'll:

  • Drive new business growth by identifying and engaging mid-market and enterprise merchants.
  • Work closely with experienced Account Executives to generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Build a strong pipeline.
  • Consistently generate 10–15 qualified meetings per month.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a target account list across key verticals.
  • Identify and map complex stakeholder groups, including:
    • CFOs
    • Heads of Payments
    • E-commerce leaders
  • Execute high-quality outbound prospecting campaigns via:
    • Phone
    • Email
    • LinkedIn
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Uncover commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to progress and convert opportunities.

About You

  • Previous experience in:
    • Outbound sales
    • Recruitment
    • Telesales
    • Business development
    • Another customer-facing role
  • Preferred experience within:
    • Fintech
    • Payments
    • Financial services
    • SaaS
    • High-growth technology environments
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence speaking to senior stakeholders.
  • Resilient, proactive, and motivated by achieving targets.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail.
  • Advantageous (but not essential):
    • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce.
  • Ambitious and eager to build a long-term career in fintech sales.
