About the Role
We're partnering with a rapidly growing fintech that's transforming the payments industry by:
- Helping businesses eliminate payment fees through data and AI.
- Being trusted by thousands of merchants and millions of consumers.
- Expanding internationally and building its commercial team after significant growth in the UK.
We are looking for ambitious Sales Development Representatives to join a high-performing, London-based sales team.
As an SDR, you'll:
- Drive new business growth by identifying and engaging mid-market and enterprise merchants.
- Work closely with experienced Account Executives to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Build a strong pipeline.
- Consistently generate 10–15 qualified meetings per month.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a target account list across key verticals.
- Identify and map complex stakeholder groups, including:
- CFOs
- Heads of Payments
- E-commerce leaders
- Execute high-quality outbound prospecting campaigns via:
- Phone
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Uncover commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to progress and convert opportunities.

About You
- Previous experience in:
- Outbound sales
- Recruitment
- Telesales
- Business development
- Another customer-facing role
- Preferred experience within:
- Fintech
- Payments
- Financial services
- SaaS
- High-growth technology environments
- Strong communication skills, with confidence speaking to senior stakeholders.
- Resilient, proactive, and motivated by achieving targets.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail.
- Advantageous (but not essential):
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce.
- Ambitious and eager to build a long-term career in fintech sales.
