About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll engage with prospective clients—such as brands, retailers, and suppliers—educating them on TradeBeyond’s value proposition, qualifying opportunities, and connecting them with Account Executives for high-impact meetings. This role provides deep exposure to cutting-edge supply-chain technology and fast-tracks your career in B2B SaaS sales within a global company.
Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting
- Conduct cold email, phone outreach, and LinkedIn outreach targeting decision-makers in supply-chain and retail

Lead Qualification
- Identify and qualify prospects based on their challenges in sourcing, quality management, ESG compliance, and traceability
- Assess their needs, budget, and timeline for improvement

Pipeline Management
- Book high-quality discovery calls and product demos with Account Executives

- Support marketing campaigns targeting retail and supply-chain executives

CRM Operations
- Maintain accurate data and deal tracking in Salesforce or HubSpot

Continuous Improvement
- Analyse outreach results and optimise messaging strategies based on performance feedback
Requirements

Experience
- 1–2 years as an SDR or Business Development Representative (BDR) in a B2B SaaS company (previous graduates encouraged)
- Experience selling into industries such as retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), supply-chain, quality assurance, or ESG technology is a plus

Language Skills
- Proficiency in both English and German (spoken and written)

Technical Comfort
- Familiarity with sales tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Salesforce, and HubSpot

Capability
- Outbound prospecting skill set with phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Ability to tailor communication effectively for executives in supply-chain, operations, and ESG roles -Strong analytical and responsive mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments

Desirable Background
- Experience with retail supply-chain processes, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), sourcing, and compliance
