Role: Sales Development Representative
Location: Manchester, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

PamGro is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to help build our pipeline across the UK and Europe.
You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients exploring international hiring solutions.

What you'll do
- Generate and qualify outbound opportunities.
- Conduct prospect research and account mapping.
- Engage decision-makers through email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Schedule meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline hygiene.
What you'll bring
- 1–3 years in B2B sales or lead generation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience using CRM tools.
- Strong resilience and commercial mindset.
