Sales Development Representative (Submissions) – Graduate Role

Location: Hybrid, 2 days in the office, London

Salary: £30,000 basic + £6,000 capped commission


About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven, tenacious graduate with ambition in Sales/Customer Success to join our Submissions team, helping maximise research submissions for our annual research process.

In this role, you will:

  • Engage with law firms about Chambers and the advantages of submitting to our research (a cost-free but time-intensive process).
  • Identify leads, generate submissions, and build both internal and external relationships.
  • Drive senior stakeholder engagement to boost submissions and achieve monthly targets.
  • Act as the bridge between firms and researchers, ensuring a high volume of quality submissions.

Key attributes:

  • Experience in client-facing roles is desirable.
  • Confident communicator with strong problem-solving and pressures-tolerant mindset.
  • Ability to thrive independently while collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Drive and maximise research submissions through:

  • prospecting and outbound engagement with law firms
  • converting leads and achieving or exceeding targets for:
    • client interactions
    • successful submissions
  • growing relationships with both new and dormant clients,particularly at senior levels
  • scheduling and achieving appointments that progress opportunities
  • maintaining accurate CRM (Salesforce) records for all touchpoints and submissions
