What You’ll Do
You’ll be instrumental in driving revenue growth by:

Building the pipeline:
- Set discovery calls and qualify high-impact use cases aligned with EMEA’s target personas.
- Research key accounts to refine Perspectives & Positioning that place Snowflake as the go-to solution in EMEA’s largest enterprises.
- Execute a multi-channel account strategy, leveraging outreach, insights and demand generation tactics to generate influence and accelerate revenue.

Collaborating to win:
- Work closely with Global Account Managers, Solutions Engineers, and Marketing, blending research, PRM development, and go-to-market tactics.
- Present on discovery, PRM, competitive differentiation and co-create value propositions.

- Attend sales enablement, technology shows, and networking events to stay market-current.
- Stay ahead by adopting emerging tools (AI, Snowflake solutions and new industry developments).

Driving velocity:
- Own pipelinology™: refine your pipeline with an ongoing lens of clean cases, high conviction, high-dollar opportunities.
- Rapidly test & iterate strategies, and share learnings to amplify team impact.
What We Need from You
If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love shaping ideas from concept to reality, we’d love to hear from you. On day one, you’ll need:
- A university degree from an accredited institution in any industry.
- 1–2 years of experience managing tech-enabled sales pipelines.
- A track record of cultivating relationships—bridging internal teams and customers with clarity and trust.
- Experience in large, strategic accounts (preferred but not mandatory).
- A results-driven mindset, systematic rigor, but also versatility and velocity.
- Certifications (Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure): Plus.
- Demand gen prowess: Cleaning/prioritizing lists, segmentation, targeting mid-market & large accounts via Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, (1Stop).
Bonus points if you live and breathe:
- AI collaboration to remove manual work and discover patterns.
- Challenging the status quo of how our engines (inbound/outbound, pipeline quality) run.
- Technological evolution—you see itself as a good way to do the unit of work for The Sales Core.
