Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: City of London on-site 5 Days per week Company: Pagos Consultants Limited Salary: Competitive base + Uncapped Commission

The Role This is not a passive support role. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building pipeline for our Sales and Account Management team within the recruitment industry.

What you will be doing: Researching and mapping target companies across our core markets Identifying key decision makers and hiring managers Conducting high-volume outbound outreach, including cold calling, LinkedIn and email Engaging prospects to understand hiring needs Booking qualified meetings for senior consultants Maintaining accurate CRM data and pipeline tracking Progressing to run initial client conversations as you develop
What we are looking for: Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone High levels of drive, resilience and consistency Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection Organised and detail-oriented Ambition to build a career in recruitment or sales
