Since then, we’ve expanded through acquisitions, integrating five technology firms in UC, LAN, Microsoft, and Cyber Security, offering clients a broad and mature solutions portfolio.
The Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll generate new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. Your work will span outbound outreach (using HubSpot Sales Pro, Cognism, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoom) and inbound lead conversion, leveraging multiple engagement channels.

You’ll focus on organisations with 500+ employees, engaging with senior decision-makers across various functions like CIO, CISO, CTO, Digital, or Procurement. This is a commission-earning role, with incentives tied to:
- Outbound meetings booked
- Conversion of inbound leads to meeting bookings
Key Responsibilities
- Implement our defined prospecting process to secure outbound meetings
- Convert inbound leads into qualified meetings for the new business team
- Track and report engagement in key systems (e.g., HubSpot, Dynamics CRM)
- Support tactical alignment with specific campaigns and initiatives
- Monitor and measure activity-based KPIs (e.g., daily metrics in HubSpot, Zoom call volumes)
Measuring Success (KPIs)
- Outbound meetings booked (targeted monthly performance)
- % of inbound leads converted to meetings (monthly target)
- Activity adherence (consistency in HubSpot steps, dial volumes)
- Average deal value (measured year-one gross profit), aligned with a target conversion rate from SQL (meeting stage) to quoted opportunities
What You Bring

Experience in B2B telesales (ideally in tech, communications, or SaaS industries)

Prospecting expertise with senior decision-makers (e.g., CIO, CISO, CTO, Digital Lead, Procurement)

Hands-on experience with platforms similar to HubSpot for outbound prospecting

Proficiency in CRM systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics)

Deft communicator with collaborative mindset

Ability to work as a team player, sharing insights to drive collective outcomes while meeting individual targets
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
