Sales Development Representative x3 (SDRs) £35,000–£45,000 base plus double OTE (uncapped) & Equity

FinTech/payments experience highly desirable - Sales background required

We're partnering with a rapidly growing fintech that's transforming the payments industry by helping businesses eliminate payment fees through the power of data and AI. Backed by leading global investors, the company is already trusted by thousands of merchants and millions of consumers. Following significant growth across the UK, the business is now expanding internationally and building out its commercial team.

We are looking for ambitious Sales Development Representatives to join a high-performing London-based sales team. As an SDR, you'll play a crucial role in driving new business growth by identifying and engaging prospective mid-market and enterprise merchants. Working closely with experienced Account Executives, you'll be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities and building a strong pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a target account list across key verticals.
  • Identify and map complex stakeholder groups, including CFOs, Heads of Payments, and E-commerce leaders.
  • Execute high-quality outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers and uncover commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to progress and convert opportunities.
  • Consistently generate 10–15 qualified meetings per month.

About You

  • Previous experience in outbound sales, recruitment, telesales, business development, or another customer-facing role.
  • Experience within fintech, payments, financial services, SaaS, or a high-growth technology environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence speaking to senior stakeholders.
  • Resilient, proactive, and motivated by achieving targets.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ambitious and eager to build a long-term career in fintech sales.
