Join an award-winning digital learning provider where you'll have the freedom to make an impact!

Salary: £26,000 plus uncapped commission.

We're remote-first and give our people the trust, support and tools they need to do their best work. You'll have ownership of your activity, clear goals to work towards, and plenty of support when you need it.

About the role

As our Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll help start conversations with organisations that could benefit from what we do. You'll research prospects, build relationships, qualify opportunities and book meetings for our Commercial Manager.

You don't need years of sales experience. If you've worked in a customer-facing role, enjoy talking to people, are naturally curious and happy to pick up the phone, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for someone who's eager to learn, enjoys a challenge and wants to build a career in sales.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
