Or coming from a different field and making a deliberate move into sales. This isn’t a stop-gap job. It’s a launchpad—for smart, driven, resilient people who are motivated to earn and grow fast. As an SDR at Hook, you’ll be the first point of contact for new prospects. Your outreach sets the tone for everything that comes after. You’ll learn how to build pipeline, have real business conversations, and become the kind of salesperson companies fight to hire. 🔨 What You’ll Actually Do 🎯 Own outbound outreach: Cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn's to spark conversations with ideal prospects. 🧠 Learn what makes buyers tick: Ask smart questions and understand their goals, pains, and priorities. 🧩 Qualify leads + book meetings: You’ll tee up high quality opportunities for our Account Executives. 📊 Track and improve performance: Hit targets, test tactics, and help us fine tune what great looks like. 🧑🤝🧑 Be the voice of the customer: Share insights with marketing, product, and leadership to keep us customer obsessed. 🎤 Represent Hook IRL: Join us at events, conferences, and anywhere our buyers are hanging out. 📚 Level up fast: Access top-tier sales training, 1:1 coaching, and hands-on mentorship from people who’ve done it before. 🙌 What Makes You a Great Fit You’re driven to build a career in sales: Whether you're just starting out or transitioning from another field, you're serious about developing your sales skills and growing within the company.
