Drive growth for a fast-scaling healthtech transforming private prescribing
At Pharmacierge, we're transforming how clinicians prescribe and how patients access medication through our mPrescribe® technology. We already work with over 4,500 practitioners across the UK, and following £4M+ in investment, we're entering a new phase of growth.
This isn't a typical SDR role. It's an opportunity to directly influence how quickly we scale by connecting leading clinicians with technology that genuinely improves patient outcomes.
Why this role matters
We've built strong product-market fit and secured investment to accelerate growth. Now we need someone who can turn that momentum into new partnerships.
You'll be on the front line of our expansion, identifying and engaging clinicians, introducing them to our platform, and ensuring they successfully adopt it. This role is critical to how quickly we grow our network and expand our impact across the UK.
Why this is a standout opportunity
- High-impact role - your performance directly drives company growth
- Ownership from day one - you'll manage your own pipeline and work closely with the Practice Support Lead to optimise our approach
- Exposure to healthcare innovation - work with technology changing private prescribing
- Post-investment momentum - join at a key growth inflection point
- Room to grow - scale-ups change shape fast. What this role looks like in two years depends partly on what you make of it
- Cross-team collaboration - work closely with marketing and account management teams

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
