Sales Development Representative / Market Insights Team – Europe & Israel

(Tech2B AI)


About the Role

The Sales Development Representative within ByteDance’s Tech2B AI team for Europe and Israel will collaborate closely with Marketing, Solution, and User Growth teams to identify, organize, and nurture high-quality sales leads tailored to our innovative AI products.

You will:

  • Detect market opportunities and prospects across channels (marketing events, industry reports, blogs, social media, etc.).
  • Grade and prioritise leads to ensure timely distribution to Account Executives (AEs) or Sales Reps.
  • Develop and qualify new B2B opportunities while partnering with ByteDance’s Marketing, AEs, and Alliances teams to create targeted strategies and messaging.
  • Drive pipeline growth through consistent qualitative engagement, pipeline development, and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation & Qualification
    • Proactively generate new business opportunities to fuel the Sales Pipeline.
    • Conduct high-level conversations with business decision-makers to assess fit and intent.
    • Achieve monthly & quarterly targets for Meetings Booked and Qualified Opportunities.

  • Outbound & Telesales

    • Execute outbound telesales campaigns (cold calling, email outreach) to pitch AI-driven solutions effectively.
    • Convert leads into meetings and qualified opportunities through persuasive, consultative calls.
  • Skill Development & Growth

    • Develop sales expertise, market insights, and product knowledge to identify high-value opportunities.
    • Attend regular training, coaching, and workshops to refine selling methodologies.
  • Collaborative Partnerships

    • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to refine messaging and drive prospect education.
    • Build long-term relationships with prospects to nurture them through the sales funnel.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Technology BD, SDR/Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, including phone calls and persuasive pitch delivery.
  • Metrics-driven and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting quotas in dynamic environments.
  • B2B sales experience (preferably in high-tech, SaaS, AI, or similar sectors).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for AI, SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS (knowledge of trends and use cases is a plus).
  • High-growth or international market experience (regional experience in EMEA a strong asset).
  • Proficiency with sales tools like:
    • CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
    • Outreach/SalesLoft automation tools
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator / ZoomInfo / ZoomKat / Apollo
    • Prospecting/engagement surveys
