Sales Development Representative - AI SaaS

Location & Work Model: London, fully onsite + an initial onboarding period in Vienna

The Project: Scaling AI Voice Assistants across the UK market

The Project

Imagine a world where small and medium businesses never miss a customer call again. No more busy signals, no more unanswered inquiries. Our client has built a human-like AI voice assistant that handles customer support, books appointments, and qualifies leads 24/7.

They are scaling at with speed. Their central marketing team handles the heavy lifting for lead generation and pipeline setup, so your focus is entirely on stepping into the ring, running high-quality demos, and winning the market.

The Role & Your Impact

As an SDR, you are the tip of the spear. You won't be bogged down by slow corporate processes, you will be the engine driving our Spanish market growth.

  • Fuel the Pipeline: Reach out to warm inbound leads, trial users, and targeted prospects to introduce our AI assistant. It’s high energy, fast-paced, and highly rewarding.
  • Master the Spark: Engage directly with decision-makers, handle objections with ease, and qualify their business needs to see if they are a perfect fit.
  • Book the Win: Your main mission is to pack our Account Executives' calendars with high-quality discovery calls and product demos.
  • Revenue Driver: You’ll be filling your calendar with outbound activities shortly after onboarding and hitting a steady rhythm with your meeting-set targets as you settle into the role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You Should Bring

Our client values attitude, resilience, and commercial drive over fancy degrees or long corporate backgrounds.

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer-facing experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or high-volume commercial environments (like B2B services, tourism, or telemarketing).
  • Languages: Native-level English is an absolute must.
  • The Vibe: You have a growth mindset. You are ambitious, highly motivated by hitting targets, and resilient when a prospect says "not today."
  • Execution Mindset: You prefer picking up the phone and taking action over getting stuck in endless "planning about planning" meetings.
  • Product Familiarity: You aren't afraid of tech. You can easily grasp how our AI assistant helps a business and explain it simply to customers.
