About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a critical role in driving our success by connecting us with the right prospects. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, showcasing creativity, determination, and resilience as you identify opportunities and set the stage for success.
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively reach out to potential prospects in the UK market via phone, email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach methods.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our Account Executives and ensure a seamless handover with all the necessary insights.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to execute strategies and target key accounts.
- Make 60-100 outbound calls daily, supplemented by research, video outreach, and email campaigns.
- Take ownership of your personal targets while supporting team goals and celebrating shared successes.
- Dive into the exciting world of B2B sales, connecting with companies across various industries.

Who You Are
An AI-first mindset, you're excited to use the latest tools to research, personalise, and sell smarter.
We’re excited to meet you if you have:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or marketing-related role.
- Experience working with the UK market.
- Strong communication skills in C1-level (or fluent) English.
- Confidence in using diverse outreach methods, including phone calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Hunger to succeed, a positive attitude, and a desire to show what you’re made of.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced B2B technology environment.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Bonus: Experience with CRM tools or sales automation platforms.
