About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will focus on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, acting as a key driver of lead generation. This role requires engaging with prospective customers, assessing their potential, and building a strong pipeline that supports Solutions Account Managers in achieving sales success.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business through high volumes of daily activity across multiple channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Follow up with identified prospects to maintain engagement and progress opportunities
- Own the lead generation process by researching assigned targets and reaching out with tailored value propositions
- Collaborate with Marketing to track, assess, and qualify omnichannel leads
- Work closely with Solutions Account Executives to ensure all pre-sales information is accurate and documented
- Schedule qualified demonstrations and meetings, building a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Identify qualified prospects and navigate organisational structures to reach key decision-makers and influencers
- Generate meaningful business opportunities aligned with approved sales management guidelines

Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (both verbal and written)
- Experience in sales, customer-facing roles, lead generation, or scientific research is beneficial
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly
- Self-starter mindset with excellent organization and self-management skills
- Strong work ethic with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Eagerness to grow within an agile environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to address complex challenges
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and LinkedIn
