Sales Development Representative - Automotive Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in automotive sales, lead generation, or outbound prospecting. In this remote sales role, you will identify potential customers, qualify leads, and book meetings for the senior sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about sales, relationship building, and the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Identify and qualify dealerships, automotive businesses, and fleet management prospects.
  • Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Research target accounts and identify decision-makers within automotive companies.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to lead generation and appointments booked.
  • Stay updated on automotive market trends and customer needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, B2B sales within the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with cold outreach and appointment setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Automotive industry knowledge or dealership sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
