Sales Development Representative AI SaaS | London Hybrid £60,000 base + Uncapped Commission + Equity
At Hired By Startups, we’re partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing AI startups as they continue to scale their commercial team. Having recently secured significant Series B funding and experiencing exceptional year-on-year growth, the business is transforming how organisations use AI to improve the way they work. With a rapidly growing customer base and ambitious expansion plans, they’re looking for a high-performing Sales Development Representative to help drive the next stage of growth.
About the Role
As an SDR, you’ll:
- Engage and qualify inbound product-led leads.
- Identify new commercial opportunities and generate high-quality pipeline.
- Become an expert in AI and its practical application within modern businesses.
- Work closely with Account Executives and founders to convert prospects into customers.
- Build relationships with high-growth startups and some of the world’s most exciting technology companies.
- Feed customer insights back into the product and leadership teams to influence future development.

About You
You’ll ideally have:
- 1+ years’ experience in an SDR, BDR or sales role within a SaaS startup or scale-up.
- A proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills with a consultative, customer-first approach.
- A genuine interest in AI and emerging technology.
- A resilient, proactive mindset and a desire to learn quickly.
- Strong academic credentials are advantageous.
- The ability to work from a London office at least three days per week.
