Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in B2B outbound sales and lead generation, ideally within the IT, SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud services, or IT Managed Services Provider industries. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging decision-makers, generating qualified opportunities, and booking meetings for the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who thrive in fast-paced sales environments and are interested in technology-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups. Identify and qualify businesses that may benefit from managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and IT support. Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for Account Executives. Build targeted prospect lists and maintain accurate CRM records. Research prospects, industries, and company pain points to personalize outreach. Manage sales activities and pipeline updates within CRM systems. Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to optimize outbound strategies. Consistently meet or exceed outreach, pipeline, and meeting-booked KPIs. 2+ years of SDR, BDR, lead generation, or outbound sales experience. Previous experience selling into B2B technology, SaaS, IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, telecom, or MSP environments preferred. Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting experience. Experience engaging with SMB and mid-market decision-makers. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong objection-handling and relationship-building abilities. Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working remotely. Stable internet connection and professional remote work setup. Preferred Qualifications Experience targeting industries such as healthcare, legal, finance, construction, or professional services. Familiarity with MSP sales cycles, IT infrastructure concepts, cybersecurity services, or cloud platforms.
