Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Work Schedule: Office-based, Monday–Friday - 8:30am–4:30pm

EQL is one of the UK’s fastest growing outsourced SDR and lead generation specialists, expanding by 60% over the last year. In just 3.5 years, we’ve grown to a team of 17 talented SDRs and represent innovative global clients, many of whom generate multi billion pound revenues.

We deliver intelligent, credible, high value sales conversations on their behalf, and we’re now expanding our team again.
This role is fully office based in Braunston (NN11 7JG), Monday to Friday, 8:30–4:30, so you’ll need to be able to commute reliably each day.

The Role
As an SDR at EQL, you’ll be at the heart of generating new business opportunities for major global brands. Your focus will be building rapport, having intelligent conversations, and qualifying high quality leads.

What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls and introduce prospects to our clients’ solutions professionally and confidently
- Build rapport quickly with a friendly, natural telephone manner
- Communicate value propositions clearly and persuasively
- Qualify leads using structured, intelligent questioning
- Identify customer challenges and position relevant solutions
- Answer initial questions and handle early objections
- Book high-quality appointments for our clients’ sales teams
- Keep accurate notes and records in the CRM
- Stay aware of trends within client industries
- Meet, and aim to exceed, monthly and quarterly targets
What We’re Looking For

- Confidence speaking to a wide range of people
- A results driven work ethic
- Good organisation and time management
- A strong desire to build a career in sales
- CRM or sales experience (nice-to-have, but not essential, full training provided)
