Job Description
We run a Leeds-based B2B sales business.
We've grown to over 60 people in under 3 years. Our entire model is built around cold calling done properly - not reading scripts, not chasing activity for the sake of it, and not treating people as disposable.
We're growing quickly and hiring around 5 experienced B2B Appointment Setters across multiple client campaigns.
If you've booked meetings with managers, directors, founders or CEOs before - and know how to hold a genuine business conversation - we'd love to hear from you.

- Cold calling UK businesses
- Speaking with managers, directors, founders and CEOs
- Booking qualified sales meetings (you don't close the sale)
- Working across multiple client campaigns
- Building quality conversations, not simply making lots of calls
Your performance is judged mainly on the quality of meetings you book and whether they genuinely happen.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in B2B Appointment Setting, SDR, BDE, Telemarketing, Lead Generation or a similar outbound sales role
- Ideally 6-12 months' experience booking meetings with businesses
- Comfortable speaking with decision-makers
- Understands how to qualify a genuine sales opportunity
- Coachable, reliable and keen to improve
This isn't an entry-level sales role. We provide excellent training, but we're looking for people who already understand what successful cold calling looks like.

Pay & Bonus
- £23,000 - £28,000 basic salary (DOE)
- Uncapped monthly bonus
- £20-£85 paid per qualified attended meeting
- Good performers earn £32,000+ in year one
- Optional overtime available
- Paid on attended meetings, not closed sales
