In this fast-paced business environment, the Sales team, in charge of maintaining and developing our activity towards worldwide customers, is looking for a German-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) – DACH Region.
🎯 Your mission
In order to achieve this, you will be in charge of the following activities:
- Qualify and convert a high volume of leads (inbound and outbound) across the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).
- Schedule qualified, sales-ready meetings for the Sales team.
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound activities using sales and marketing technologies such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Be the go-to subject matter expert for our sales automation tool, HubSpot.
- Help define and improve the Social Selling strategy and processes for the DACH market.
- Structure outreach sequences and touchpoints.
- Write engaging email, LinkedIn and phone message templates in German and English.
- Share these resources and best practices with the sales development team.
- Create campaign templates and workflows in HubSpot for the sales development team.
- Continually monitor, measure and improve these processes.
- Flawlessly understand and communicate the value proposition of Training Orchestra’s Training Management System and services. Be the product expert when connecting with prospects.
- Work closely with the Account Executive responsible for the DACH region to develop the sales pipeline.
- Travel occasionally to industry trade shows and events across Europe as needed.
- Achieve and exceed your qualification objectives and expected results.
- Stay up to date with industry and market trends to better understand prospects' needs.

🙋 ♂️ Professional skills
- At least 2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar sales position in a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience prospecting German-speaking markets would be a strong advantage.
- A first experience in the learning industry would be a plus.
- Fluent German and English are mandatory. French would be a plus.
